Moss Europe in the U.K. have been using the
Zeemax pictures and the registered Zeemax name in their adverts.
We have not supplied Moss Europe with any of our products.
We will not be supplying Moss Europe with any of our products.
We have asked Moss Europe to remove Zeemax from their advertising.
General Guidance when buying and fitting body conversions.
There appears to be a number of spurious companies who:
1. use the Zeemax name
2.use pictures of cars fitted with genuine Zeemax products
3.show pictures of genuine Zeemax parts in their advertising to sell from, (but supply their own spurious parts) who are nothing to do with Zeemax whatsoever.
4. claim that their staff have fitted and painted genuine Zeemax cars when they have not
5. claim they they do all the fitting and painting of genuine Zeemax conversions for us, as we are too busy to do the work ourselves - utter lies!
They clearly have an identity crisis and worse.
They must realise that they are not Barry Perman nor, indeed, are they Zeemax.
We have in our possession copies of Zeemax brochures that have had the Zeemax name removed and their name inserted.
They also claim to be employed by us. They are not.
They also claim to be the originators of Zeemax Designs. They are not.
They imitate everything we do, the layout of our website., etc.
They do their own spurious write ups about cars they can only dream of owning.
From what we have seen, these parasites have even exceeded their own bad taste in the cutting and shutting of other kits in order to call them their own design
We are constantly being commercially stalked by these parasites who continually feed off us. These vipers rely on us to lead the way in design for which they pay nothing. They watch our every move to see where their next meal is coming from..
We emphasise, yet again, only companies listed on our website are officially affiliated with Zeemax.
Any claims from anyone else claiming any sort of affiliation with Zeemax should be regarded as bogus and presumably made in order to cash in on our excellent name, reputation and products.
Only rely only on the current information on our website. Past agents, no longer listed on our website have been dispensed with and shall not be reinstated and accordingly we cannot vouch for the quality of the service they may purport to offer.
We feel we owe it to ourselves and our customers to set the record straight. Let's make it quite clear, Zeemax belongs to Zeemax. The Zeemax designs are the sole property of Zeemax.
We understand that there are many unhappy customers who have purchased poor copies who cannot get their money back, nor can they get anyone to fit them!
From what we have heard they do not refund money to their dissatisfied customers. They refuse receipt of returned goods. No, even they do not want their crap copies. They even say “beware of imitations”.............Yes, THEIRS!!!
Good quality body kits should not need relaminating/remaking to make them fit., nor should they need cutting and shutting, or foam filler to fit them.
We strongly advise customers to go and look at the parts before buying them, so that they are fully aware of what they are getting. Unsuspecting customers become sacrificial lambs the minute they part with their money.
We urge all people to use extreme caution when buying body conversions and when choosing a body shop to fit it. The body shops that offer the 5,5 guarantee (5minutes or 5 miles, whichever comes first) should not come into the equation. Go to a reputable body shop that is known to you. Do not go to any body shop that masquerades as being a Zeemax fitting agent when they are not, nor, go to those companies supplying bad copies of genuine Zeemax products.
Always ask to see a copy of the written guarantee that would be given to you with the parts you are buying and for any work that is done to your car, before you commit yourself. Do not become yet another tale of woe!
